We have pursued the perfect combination and quantity of cheese for our doria.Enjoy the deliciousness that can only be found at a doria specialty restaurant. [Where did doria originate?] It is actually a dish that was born in Japan.It was apparently invented by a foreign French chef who worked at a hotel in Yokohama before the war for people who were feeling unwell.[Special sauces] Enjoy our original sauces, such as spiny lobster sauce and black demi-glace sauce, that can only be found in our restaurant.
